Having recently captivated audiences at the Royal Albert Hall, Simone chose the Ram Jam Club for a more personal and electrifying set, reflecting her commitment to connecting with her audience on a profound level.

Setlist Highlights included "Real Real" "I Want a Little Sugar in My Bowl" and a cover of Jacques Brel’s "Ne me quitte pas" which left the audience spellbound.

About the Ram Jam Club

Opened in mid-February 1966 by brothers Rik and John Gunnell, the Ram Jam Club was situated at 390 Brixton Road. Named after Geno Washington’s Ram Jam Band, the club quickly became a cornerstone of London's live music scene. Despite not having an alcohol license, it regularly attracted over 1,800 patrons, showcasing the vibrant demand for live music in the area. The venue hosted a diverse range of acts, including Otis Redding, Jimi Hendrix, The Who, and Cream, solidifying its reputation as a premier destination for music enthusiasts.
