Reuben Howell was the first white, American, male soloist to record with Motown. He recorded two albums with them. He has a son and a daughter who both live in the panhandle of Florida. He has 5 grandchildren as well. He was a die hard musician who played music right up until the day he died on January 5, 2004, of a heart attack at the age of 59. This self-titled album is a more than nice way to remember Howell.
