Great stuff from Linda Lewis – one of the sweetest soul talents of the 70s! Linda's got a great jazzy vocal style that's somewhere between Minnie Riperton and other more folksy singers, like Ellen McIlwaine, and she's really got a knack for writing great little tracks that have a good groove to them. This album's sort of a combination of tracks from some of her other Reprise albums, plus a few others that didn't appear elsewhere. It includes her classic "Sideways Shuffle", which is always a big hit with the groove scene, plus lots of other nice ones, including "Fathoms Deep", "On The Stage", "I Dunno", and "I'm In Love Again".
