Somewhere in the middle of all this chopping and changing the band found time to record their forthcoming third album, Point of Go. "There was a lot of debate as to what we should do and whether we should get three extra people in, but in the end we ended up making three people into one person to give it a new lease of life," said Manuel. This streamlined approach is evident on the first single, It's My Part, which takes the sun-kissed pop of Manuel's solo work and drapes it elegantly over a Foals-meets-Vampire Weekend backdrop. For the video - premiered here - the band get to ride a bucking bronco wearing animal masks while a serious-looking woman mimes along to the song.
